Martin Friedli, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Previs, machte zum Auftakt der Fachtagung deutlich, wie wichtig deshalb die fr\u00fchzeitige Pr\u00e4vention ist. Mit dem Angebot unter dem Motto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.previs.ch\/vorsorge\/fuer-arbeitgebende\/praevention\/\">gesund@work<\/a> unterst\u00fctzen die Previs und die PK R\u00fcck Arbeitgebende dabei, gesundheitliche Risiken zu erkennen und l\u00e4ngere Arbeitsausf\u00e4lle m\u00f6glichst zu verhindern.\r\n\r\nRegina Kn\u00f6pfel, CEO der PK R\u00fcck, zeigte anhand aktueller Zahlen die Entwicklung von Arbeitsunf\u00e4higkeit und Invalidit\u00e4t auf. Dabei wurde deutlich, dass insbesondere psychische Erkrankungen eine bedeutende Rolle spielen. Entscheidend f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Wiedereingliederung ist, wie fr\u00fch eine Arbeitsunf\u00e4higkeit gemeldet wird. Je sp\u00e4ter eine Meldung erfolgt, desto geringer sind die Chancen auf eine R\u00fcckkehr ins Arbeitsleben.\r\n\r\nWo Unternehmen bereits im Arbeitsalltag ansetzen k\u00f6nnen, erl\u00e4uterte Prof. Dr. Ina Goller von der Berner Fachhochschule. Psychologische Sicherheit bedeutet, dass Mitarbeitende Fragen stellen, eigene Meinungen \u00e4ussern und Fehler ansprechen k\u00f6nnen, ohne negative Konsequenzen bef\u00fcrchten zu m\u00fcssen. Anhand konkreter Beispiele zeigte die Referentin, wie F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte eine solche Kultur f\u00f6rdern k\u00f6nnen. Etwa indem sie unterschiedliche Meinungen bewusst einholen und offen mit eigenen Fehlern umgehen.\r\n\r\nDie Fachtagung zeigte; wer Arbeitsausf\u00e4lle verhindern will, sollte nicht erst handeln, wenn Mitarbeitende krank werden.
